Sign up to a Vivere membership. You will be sent a test kit in the post. Then, collect your sample and send it back to us for analysis.

Receive your kit and collect your sample
When you receive your testing kit from us, collect your sample using the instructions provided and send it back to us for analysis. Our test is designed to be quick and easy to use. While you wait for your results, use your Vivere dashboard to access exclusive content and more.

Get your results back from us
You will receive your unique, in-depth report via your membership dashboard around 3-4 weeks after you have sent back your testing kit. You will be able to see a detailed analysis of your results, with insight into your general health and gut microbiome. This will also include all disease risk and nutritional information, as well as personalised recipes and food scores.

By following our recommendations based on the results of your test (provided to you in your membership dashboard) you can begin to make changes that will significantly improve your health and well-being. At Vivere, we also provide our members access to an expert nutritionist who will be able to help you with your progress. You will be speaking to a real person, not an AI chatbot or automated messaging service.
