These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vivere’s website, products, services and content. They are intended to outline the rights and responsibilities between Vivere and you as a user. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Our services, including NAD+ injections, test results, biohacking/wellness products, supplements, health insights, recommendations and content, are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Introduction
Vivere is a trading name of Vivere Life Limited, registered in the United Kingdom, with a registered office at Unit 3 Castlebridge Office Village, Castle Marina Road, Nottingham, England, NG7 1TN. We offer NAD+ injections, personalised health testing and insights, biohacking products, focusing on the gut microbiome, longevity and overall well-being.
Definitions
"Services" refers to all products, testing kits, digital reports, memberships, content and functionality offered by Vivere.
"User" / "You" means any person accessing or using Vivere’s Services.
"Account" refers to a user profile created through the Vivere platform.
User Agreement and Governing Law
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Eligibility
To use Vivere Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Not be pregnant or breastfeeding (as results may be less accurate)
Use the test for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Have a shipping address is in the United Kingdom
Not be undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer
Get approval from your doctor if you are being treated for a chronic medical condition
Microbiome Test Kit
Overview
When you purchase a Vivere test kit, you get access to a range of personalised tools and insights to support your long-term health and well-being.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our Services listed on our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Sample Requirements
You must return your test sample within 30 days of receiving your kit. If you fail to send your sample within this timeframe, we may be unable to process your test.
Kit Delivery
Test kits are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. During bank holidays, delivery may take a couple of additional days.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your microbiome gut test order if this has not been dispatched, by contacting our customer service team. You can email [email protected] or call 0115 907 0056. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.
If this has already been shipped then unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund, unless you send the kit back to the below address, at your own cost. The full test kit must be returned completely unopened.
The refund will not be processed until we have received the gut microbiome test kit back and checked that it is intact.

NAD+ Injections
Overview
NAD+ Injections include complete kits for performing injections, as well as refill kits containing cartridges and supplies to continue treatment.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our Services is available on our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to update pricing on the website without prior notice.
Order Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. During bank holidays, delivery may take a couple of additional days.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and the product has not been shipped, we will be able to cancel this for you.
If your NAD+ order has already been shipped, then unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and the team will do all they can to help resolve this for you. If you believe that your product is faulty or there is an issue with your order then please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to rectify this for you.
Data Collection and Intellectual Property
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes personal data and biological sample information. All content, branding and intellectual property on the Vivere platform belong to Vivere or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-Party Services and Content
Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, content or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies or services of these third parties.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our Services, including (but not limited to) submitting false samples, engaging in fraudulent activity, reverse-engineering our platform, or using the information for commercial purposes.
Marketing Communications
By purchasing a product or contacting Vivere, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails or contacting us on [email protected] or calling 0115 907 0056.
Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
Account Termination
You may request the deletion of your account at any time. If you wish for your account to be deleted, please contact us via email [email protected] or call 0115 907 0056. Vivere reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any new Terms.
