Emily is a Registered Dietitian, health writer, and professional chef with a unique blend of clinical, culinary, and communication expertise. She has a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, recipe development, and health education, supported by a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from London Metropolitan University.
Her career spans clinical dietetics in weight management, behaviour change, cardiac care, and malnutrition, as well as writing for professional publications such as the Journal of Clinical Nursing. As an experienced chef, she combines scientific knowledge with practical cooking skills to create and analyse recipes that are both nutritious and appealing.
